You have a right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning you (Article 34 of the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978). The client may be invited to receive proposals or to be informed of our promotional offers by e-mail. If he does not wish it, it is enough for him to specify it by writing to us (by indicating name, first name, address).

By adhering to the terms and conditions, the buyer acknowledges having read this policy of protection of personal data and agrees that the seller collects and uses these data.

These conditions apply to the sale of products by Charlotte Lacorne / OLIOSCO on its mail order catalog. The buyer can simply consult, freely and at any time these general conditions of sale. Consequently, any order placed by a buyer on the OLIOSCO website implies the final and irrevocable agreement of the customer on all of these terms.

4 - PRICE
 
Prices quoted in euros are net and include all taxes. The prices can be modified at any time without notice, the articles being invoiced on the basis of the tariff existing on the day of the recording of the order.

5 - AVAILABILITY OF OUR PRODUCTS

Charlotte LACORNE / OLIOSCO is committed to doing its best to ensure the availability of its products. If a product is not in stock between the time of your order and the management of it, you will be informed by email or phone as soon as possible. You will have the choice between refunding or substituting the missing product. If you have sent a check, we will contact you again, to find a solution to refund the missing item or replace it.

6 – SHIPPING COSTS

Prices for Metropolitan France / Monaco and Andorra are fixed: 4.90 €.

  7 - LIABILITY

The seller cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the sales contract in case of force majeure, especially in case of strike.
The seller disclaims any liability for the use that the buyer will make of the products. In no way the comments and information provided on this site constitute a recommendation for treatment (preventive or curative), a prescription or a diagnosis nor should they be considered as such.

On the other hand the photographs reproduced on the site and illustrating the presented products do not enter a contractual field, as well as any error concerning the description of the products. The responsibility of the seller cannot be engaged if an error had been inserted in one of these photographs.
The seller undertakes to exchange at his own expense any defective or damaged product. This warranty does not include any failure related to abnormal use or storage of the product by negligence or fault of the consumer. However items that do not meet the customer's expectations must be returned in new condition in the original packaging. In case of damage found on a parcel during a delivery, it is up to the customer to make reservations with the carrier and send a copy of the declaration of deterioration to the seller by letter RAR within 48 hours.

8 - PAYMENT

The price of the items is payable in full at Charlotte Lacorne - OLIOSCO

Purchase and payment secured by Paypal: payment by Credit Card or payment with Paypal account.

Payment by check: fill out the contact form indicating your exact address and possibly a shipping address if different from the billing address. Indicate the items and quantities desired. You will then receive an email confirming your order with the total amount to rule
